The ( ice melting ), specially on earth’s frozen north because of international race for oil, fish, and shipping routes. The latest research by the U.N Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change mentioned that the ice in earth poles is melting faster than before in high levels which caused and still causing a lot of dangerous problems like disturbing the Arctic ecosystem for Arctic animals like polar bears, wolfs and other wildlife. The U.S Geological Survey after some researches and studies estimates that the Arctic has as much as 25% of the world’s unexplored oil and gas. Recently many countries like Canada, Russia and Denmark are seeking to claim water  also many countries shall start wars to reach this rich region, that they think its rich by oil, gas and other power sources.

 To conclude the negatives of ice melting is more than positives, so we must wake up and save the world.

The Masdar Project

  Masdar, Abu Dhabi’s clean energy company is thinking of building a wind farm near Saudi Arabia border which is the first invention of it in the region.

 There are some problems in starting the project but the main problem they faced is that gulf is not a windy region, but the experts engineers are developing a turbine makers with special blades to produce more energy, the head of engineering at Masdar’s power said “ there is some pressure because the government has announced the 7% target by 2020.

  Masdar’s which is owned by Mubadala Development has put some strategic plans like bring a renewable plants and implants it to produce more power. Some experts chose Saudi Arabia border to make the project there but after some tests and analysis they chose UAE because it’s much better than Saudi Arabia because there is no much strong winds as in Saudi Arabia .

 Last month Masdar and it is partners in it is solar plants Shams-1 france’s total and Spain’s  Abengoa solar – sealed a $600 bank loan . The financing relies on a “  green payment” where the government will compare the difference between prices.

 To conclude Masdar project is an important project which will effects positive to the gulf region .
